Human Glomerulus Protein Database (2D-LC-based MS/MS Analysis)

Overview
 Proteome of normal human glomerulus was analyzed after 1D and 2D prefractionation by nano LC-MS/MS. The glomerular proteins were separated into 15 fractions by 1D SDS PAGE or into 5 fractions by solution-phase IEF followed with 1D SDS PAGE into 15 fractions each (total 75 fractions). A confident set of proteins consisted of 6686 unique proteins (3679 proteins identified with two or more peptide matches and 3007 proteins with one peptide match) in the 90 fractions.
